mushroom-pea soup
step 1
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
some diced celery-----------> heat oil put these three into pan
step 2
while this is cooking about 2-3 minutes
get ready
1 medium potato chopped
1 cup peas and carrots (or whatever vegetable you like)
1 jalepeno pepper or green pepper diced
1 cup fresh mushrooms diced
----->now add these let cook for a couple extra minutes
step 3
get 1 can cream of mushroom soup add 2 cans water
add 1/2 cup ziti or whatever pasta you like
cover, let it cook on medium heat.
add salt black pepper, oregeno and a tiny drop of soy sauce (basically whatever spice you like)
soup is done when pasta is cooked (about 10 minutes)
enjoy!
Usually I toast plain bread and have it with this soup but I guess crackers or whatever you like will work too

Can you suggest a good mushroom substitute?
I sometimes make this with green bananas, its awesome!
